Founded in 2009, since its inception Trading College has prided itself on delivering world-class education & first-rate support to meet the needs of each of our Mentorship students. This simply wouldn’t be possible without an expert faculty of teachers.
Each of our Mentors have years of successful real-world trading experience as well as their own niche market specialisations. Moreover, their skillsets are not just limited to mere technicalities; each Mentor also demonstrates the exemplary teaching skills required to help guide each student through our innovative trading curriculum and give you, as an individual, the confidence to succeed as a trader.
Tamasine Early (BA Hons, C Dir)
Managing Director
Tamasine’s role as MD sees her responsible for the Company vision, plan and objectives. She chairs our quarterly operational review meetings, ensuring that our big projects stay on track. She retains an influence over our HR services, overseeing recruitment and people management. Her background in business management and operational roles ensure we continue to deliver outstanding education for all of our students.
Lee Sandford (MSTA, CFTe, STA)
Trading College Founder, Mentor & Author
Following a long career in professional football, Lee has traded for nearly 20 years and earns his living predominantly as a trader. Lee founded the business in 2009 and manages a highly-personalised Mentorship Programme, runs coaching sessions, teaches courses and develops our trading software. He is a published author, an accomplished public speaker & is qualified by the Society of Technical Analysis (STA).

James North (STA)
Head Coach & Trader
James was on our mentorship programme and has been a full-time trader for several years.
James’s role consists of trading coach, tech support, helping our Pro-trader Programme students set up charts and answering tech support questions.
Dan Brown (STA)
Trading Coach
Dan is an established trader and trading coach. He manages our Live Trading Room, runs coaching sessions and supports our students. Dan presents at our live courses and events, sharing his experiences and offering advice from his own trading journey; transitioning from a high-pressure profession to full-time trader.
Ricki Rajah
Trading Coach
Ricki initially graduated from our Mentorship Programme before joining our Coaching Team and actively trades the markets.
His main role is in trader education for new students.

Emma Marfleet
Student Support
Emma oversees all our student bookings and requirements. She handles all venue and hotel bookings, manages a hectic calendar and runs our back office function with superb efficiency and calm.
Chris Dearle
Course Advisor
Able to speak knowledgeably about all of our courses & software, Chris helps our students decide on their best trading path. He also offers guidance on anything from the right laptop specs to explaining how brokerages work. If you need any assistance, he’s your man.

Gular is an accomplished and meticulous bookkeeper with a passion for maintaining accurate financial records. With her MSc in Economics and ACCA qualifications, she has earned her reputation for high quality work built on a solid foundation in accounting principles. Gular has expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, optimising financial processes, implementing cost-effective solutions and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Her keen analytical skills and financial guidance to support organisational objectives make her an invaluable asset.
