Financial Educator/ Coach

The Company

Trading College have been teaching students in the UK and overseas how to realise their dreams of trading the financial markets successfully from home for almost ten years. we offer a range of flexible courses and mentorships both online and in the classroom, for beginners right through to advanced traders.

The Job

Our financial educators/ coaches are responsible for delivering training and coaching to our customers. This could be online (including live trading sessions), in person at events or seminars, or technical support over the phone, It’s a really rewarding job that helps people live the live they want to lead.

The Person

You will be a self-starter who holds the STA diploma (MSTA) or equivalent, with a passion for trading, including previous coaching, presenting and mentoring. Your people skills will be second to none as will your ability to communicate with people at all levels. Above all you must be team spirited, professional, personable, honest with a can-do attitude.

You must be prepared to work flexibly because webinars run 3 evenings a week 7PM – 8PM, live trading rooms are on Monday – Thursday from 9AM until 11 AM, some Saturday working will be necessary to attend the Learn to Trade Live events.

Ideally candidates will be available to start work w/c 30th April 2018, but if you’re fabulous we will wait for you!

Office Administrator

Full time & Permanent Position

 The ideal candidate will be part of a team managing the administration related to the courses and events. 

Job description

You will be sending out student / customer information, responding to customer questions, processing payments, managing course bookings, preparing lists for courses, chasing any late payments, managing dates and diaries, speaking to hotels and taxis – and importantly – collaborating with other colleagues.  

 You will be responsible for completing tasks in a professional manner, co-ordinating well with colleagues and working with deadlines. 

 Responsibilities

  • To answer incoming student / customer questions 
  • To process new course bookings efficiently, sending out the correct information, and processing payments 
  • Managing the Infusionsoft database records effectively 
  • To prepare for courses and events, by collating delegate lists, calling hotels, advising delegates and speakers of the location and timings, managing transport and parking.   
  • To attend Mentorship days to welcome and process all delegates on arrival.  Please note that Mentorship Days may require set up from 9am on a weekday morning, once a month, requiring an early start.  These days are likely to be held at a hotel in the Heathrow area.  
  • To attend Learn To Trade Live courses and to set up the registration desk, hand out badges and welcome all delegates on arrival.  These events take place on Saturdays, approx 10 events per year in central London. 
  • To ensure effective communication with colleagues
  • To contribute to the general running of the office, ordering water and other office supplies 

 Qualifications

  • Prior experience of database work 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work
