Biographies - The Team
Lee Sandford, Trader and Founder of Trading College
Following an 18 year career in professional football, Lee has now traded for some 17 years (full time for 8 years) and earns his living predominantly as a trader. Lee established Trading College in response to demand from other traders wishing to observe him trading. Interrupted frequently with calls from people wishing to learn to trade, Lee started by helping friends (and soon friends of friends) to understand the basic principles of trading. The early demand was sufficient to require a group course, and these soon grew into the organisation as we know it today.
Lee's vision is to create the best company in the UK market-place for quality, price and customer service. Lee is absolutely passionate about his customers and likes to think of them as an extended family. Lee is committed to developing the very best tools and services in the market-place. His entrepreneurial spirit has created an agile and customer-driven business that breaks the mould and thrives on members feedback. His trading philosophy is simple. Lee says, "As traders we can be over-focused on the concept of 'time' on charts instead of 'price'.
To make consistent profits and achieve stress-free trading we need to become the master of your tools to have a chance of being a highly successful trader. My aim to get beginners to make consistent profits in the markets by recognising the patterns that repeat themselves. Once they learn these patterns then it is all about putting on the trade. If a beginner can do this successfully, then they can create an additional monthly income with little effort".

Tilly Leitao, Customer Services
The all-important job of looking after all our customers has been placed in my hands; from answering all email and telephone queries, to organising our courses and putting on social events for our members. I love dealing with people and providing quality services and support to them. Of course, my other job is supporting Lee in his work and helping to manage the day to day matters that arise.
One would think that, having kept the British Armed Forces in Iraq and Afghanistan happy by delivering satellite communication services to them for over 6 years with my team, looking after Lee would be a doddle! No - not as easy as one might imagine. Just trying to action all the trillions of ideas he keeps coming up with each day is enough to make a young lady's head spin -- exciting as it is!
A complete and utter novice when it comes to trading, I have, after a very short time working at Trading College, built up a reasonable knowledge of trading. My New Years' resolution is to find the time to develop my practical skills in trading. My aim is to become a successful trader so that I can help other novice traders. On the social side, I have a passion to travel around the world doing charity work. I am into kick-boxing and foreign films. I love all things Egyptian and hope to start scuba diving.

Andrew Simpson-Parker
Andrew started his professional career as a steel trader. For 18 years he travelled to more than 40 countries in the service of corporate multis before starting his own trading company. After exiting his business in 2009, he embarked on another journey, this time in search of the secret of how price moves.
His quest took him to the US where he learned to trade the index futures and the forex market. Andrew has been a full time independent currency futures trader for 3 years. The guiding principles of his business revolve around the development of the trader`s own personal psychology. How to deal with losses, hesitation, euphoria, missed opportunities in the market, these issues and more form the cornerstone of Andrew`s trading reality.
Andrew`s daily involvement in the markets means he is ideally placed to help fellow traders overcome their perceived weaknesses and the problems they encounter as they develop their trading skills.
Andrew is married to Karin and they have two teenagers. He also teaches cricketers how to improve their batting skills and is fluent in German.

Ken Stanion, Support Coach
Another early student at Trading College, Ken had already picked up the basics of trading before he joined. Ken says "Trading College was my third venture into the world of trading. I had already acquired a tremendous amount of trading 'dos' and 'don'ts' and had even put on a few trades. But Trading College and the Pro-Indicators simplified the trading process for me and the consistent support has helped my personality move towards a trader's mindset". "I was deeply impressed by the simplicity of the Pro-Indicators and Lee is an active and successful day trader who is caring and approachable. His invitation to join him on his journey was too good to pass up!" Ken is a Director of his own company "Wrightmans Plans Ltd", and also a Master NLP Coach. Having attended numerous Trading College courses, Ken is on-hand to answer any general queries and to help new students to find their way.
