Conditions:
- Commissions are payable only to individuals, and not to companies
- Commissions are payable only to those people registered and accepted onto Trading College's Affiliate Scheme
- Commissions will be paid within 45 days of the date of sale, to enable customers to pay in full, receive their goods and to ensure that no refund is required.
- No commissions will be paid on goods that are purchased and then returned for a refund.
- Commissions will not be paid to employees or coaches at Trading College.
- Commissions are payable for new sales, from new customers. If a customer already exists on our database, or has purchased any product or service from us in the past, commission cannot be claimed.

- In the event that a customer cancels any of the ongoing monthly membership services, then reapplies to return, no further commission fees are payable to the affiliate.
- Trading College reserves the right to amend or terminate the commission structure at any time. Registered Affiliates would be notified of any changes.
- Trading College reserves the right to evict any person/s from the scheme for foul play, misuse of the scheme, or for tarnishing our reputation in any way.
