We want our affiliates to have the best support right from the start and are committed to providing you with extra support and information on our products and services. This will lead to an improved level of understanding when you promote them to your customers and increased business success for you.
Customer service and support are key ingredients in building a successful business of any kind. After all, there is a saying that "people buy people" and if you continuously provide good information and support, your customers are far more likely to stay with you and recommend you - and we, too, want to build long lasting relationships with all our affiliate members.
Our first Affiliate Meeting and training will take place at the next Traders' Coffee Morning on Saturday 5th May 2012. Further details will be announced nearer the time.
